Our Beginning
Under the Moon started in 2006, created by Estela Buontempo Orosco and Santiago Orosco. Their goal was to make a warm, welcoming restaurant with home-cooked style meals. Bordentown, NJ, was our first home, where we quickly became known for our desserts and friendly service.
Expanding to Lambertville
Thanks to our loyal customers, we opened a second location in Lambertville, NJ. This allowed us to grow our family and bring our food and service to more people. Our Lambertville location also offers a full bar and cocktail options, while Bordentown remains a BYO spot.
More Than a Restaurant
Under the Moon is also a catering company. We bring our food and service to any venue, home, or office. From showers and birthdays to weddings and corporate events, we handle every detail with care. We also provide staff and full event planning.
